Bernal was arrested in February with 4 to 14 grams of Ecstasy and an unspecified quantity of marijuana at a residence in Winnemucca, court records show.
On Feb. 10, officers were making a home probation visit on Bernal when a box containing a jar with 19 baggies of marijuana was found in a vehicle in the driveway. Bernal arrived at the residence and admitted the marijuana belonged to him. During his arrest, he allegedly threw a baggie containing Ecstasy tablets on the ground, according to court records.
He faces a possible one to six years in prison when he is sentenced on July 9.
