Dean Heller has apparently not paid attention to the mandate given the Republican Party last November; instead he has joined with the Democrats in voting down attempts to stop Obama's illegal amnesty for about 5 million aliens. Dean Heller has consistently voted with the Democratic minority on this issue (http://www.pbs.org/newshour/updates/3-possibilities-shutdown-showdown-homeland-security/). He is the only Republican to do so. He has now proven himself a true RINO (Republican in Name Only).
The illegal immigration issue is probably the most critical domestic issue of our time. If this lawlessness prevails it will fundamentally alter our country permanently. The attempted amnesty is unconstitutional, and therefore illegal. It sets the stage for a civil war. Those who support Obama in this are complicit with him and should be removed from office. Criminal prosecution should follow.
I submit we need to remove our two Democrat senators in the next two elections and replace them with people who will support and defend our Constitution.
