Crouch sentencing continued

WINNEMUCCA - Sentencing for Coleton Crouch, who pleaded guilty to murder in October, was on the Sixth Judicial District Court schedule for Monday, but proceedings were continued.

Judge Michael Montero did not set a new date for sentencing at the time or give a reason for the continuation.

Crouch was arrested on June 25 after Winnemucca police officers were dispatched to his home and found his mother, Twila Crouch, dead from multiple gun shot wounds.
