Dear Moe,
I Shellie C. Cooney am writing this short note to advise you of my intention to resign from my seat on the Humboldt General Hospital Board of Trustees effective immediately.
The last three and a half years have been very taxing on me mentally as well as physically. I feel strongly that I can no longer hold the seat.
This is of the best interest to me along with that of Humboldt General Hospital to end my term at this time.
