Constance (Candi) Copeland, 69, a resident of Winnemucca since 1988, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at a Reno hospital. She was born Dec. 3, 1942, in New York City, N.Y. Candi is survived by her husband Kenneth of Winnemucca and her sister & best friend Jeanette Buckingham of Battle Mountain, an abundance of friends, 8 children and numerous grandchildren. She will be truly-truly missed. No services will be held.
