WINNEMUCCA - Humboldt County Commissioners will be holding a special meeting on Wednesday at 9 a.m. in the meeting room of the courthouse.
Public comments will follow the Pledge of Allegiance.
At 9:05 a.m., commissioners will hear a report from G. Fred Lee and Associates regarding technical issues concerning the application and draft permit of NDEP for the construction and operation of a class 1 landfill Desert Valley, Humboldt County; transmittal letter for submission of the report to NDEP and authorization for the chairman of the board to sign the letter to NDEP.
Another opportunity for public comment will follow.
