WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt County Board of Commissioners will be holding a retreat/planning session on Monday beginning at 9 a.m. in the Winnemucca Events Complex Exhibit Hall.
Public comment follows the call to order.
Following opening comments, the commission will have a Library Board discussion regarding the Bookmobile; a review, discussion and proposals related to road matters; planning matters and community development ordinances; fiscal review and budget direction, including changes to the sound system; and public lands issues.
Other scheduled items include OHV use on county roads, special district succession planning, a negotiation process overview and a recap of the day's activities.
