Humboldt County commissioners will meet in the courthouse meeting room on Monday, July 21 at 9:30 a.m. Items on the agenda include:
• A request from the county clerk for pre-approved overtime for the court clerk and the indigent coordinator
• A request for a contribution to the upcoming County Fiscal Officers Association Conference to be held in Winnemucca Sept. 9-11
• A report from justice court and discussion regarding fees for justice of the peace, disposition and special account for justice court
• A presentation by Wendy Garrison, director of China Springs Youth Camp
• A public hearing to create the Humboldt County Information Technology Department
• A public hearing to prohibit medical marijuana establishments within the unincorporated areas of Humboldt County
• A request for a grant to cover rental of the outdoor arena for the Les Dial Benefit Roping
