WINNEMUCCA - The Winnemucca City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday beginning at 2 p.m. at City Hall, 90 W. Fourth St.
The meeting begins with the call to order, correction and possible approval of the Jan. 10 regular meeting minutes, the review and possible approval of warrants and public and personal communication and correspondence.
Agenda items include variance VW-12-01. This would reduce side and rear yard setbacks from 20 feet to 5 feet/G-C (General Commercial) zoning district/227 Garrison St. (rear of 451 W. Second St./APN 015-423-01/West Wind, LLC-Fransway.
Also scheduled is a request for funding for the Winnemucca Community Garden pavilion project, a proposed personnel policy manual and a proposal to provide professional services for the annual audit/designation of an auditor pursuant to NRS 354.624 and NAC 354.705.
Other agenda items include proposals for payment of NV Energy utility costs, proposals to provide golf pro professional services and the Haskell Street military banner policy.
The council will also hear a request for acknowledgement of satisfaction of deed conditions requiring construction of a building within two years of conveyance and the release-termination of a reversionary interest in property at 5300 Westmoreland Road/APN 013-282-04/Winn Holdings Nevada LLC. In addition, they will hear a request for continued subordination of a city lien or release of a city lien affecting property purchased from the city at 5300 Westmoreland Road/APN 013-282-04/Wells Fargo Bank-City Attorney.
