WINNEMUCCA - The Winnemucca City Council will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, Jan 8, at 2 p.m. at City Hall. Items on the agenda include:
• Request to host a 5-K run/walk starting at Lay Street on Jan. 19, by Northern Nevada AmeriCorps
• Request for will-serve commitments by New Frontier Development
• Request for waiver of sewer and water connection fees for temporary construction worker housing by New Frontier Development
• Request for reimbursement over twenty-year term of sewer main extension cost by New Frontier Development
• Development agreement proposal by New Frontier Development
• Commitment summary for utility main pipe size upgrades, water and sewer piping and developer financial contribution towards off-site sewer improvements
• Request for waiver of water connection fees at Winnemucca Events Complex by Ag District 3
• Proposals for modification of snow and ice control plan
• Delinquency report for Assessment Districts 16 and 17.
