Christopher Ottonello, 39, of Salmon, Idaho died Feb. 24, 2015 in Salmon.
In 1994, following in his father's footsteps he ventured south to fight fires. Summer and fall months were spent as a wildland firefighter in the national parks near Winnemucca.
