BATTLE MOUNTAIN - Tickets for Christ Lutheran Preschool's 9th annual February Family Fun Festival Drawing to be held Feb. 16 are now available for purchase.
Tickets are $1 each or six for $5. Tickets may be purchased from preschool staff and parents of preschoolers. Tickets are also available at the office of Christ Lutheran Church and Preschool located at 55 Bastian Street (across from the BLM).
It is not necessary to be present during the drawing to win a prize. A 1997 Ford F250 4x4 single cab pickup truck donated by Newmont and gift baskets and gift certificates are among the 100 items donated by the community for the drawing.
Proceeds of the ticket sales will go toward preschool operating costs and the tuition assistance fund for the 2012-2013 school year. Ten students are benefitting from tuition assistance grants during the current school year. The goal of school officials is to reach $10,000 in ticket sales.
