Cecelia A. Snodgrass, 88, a resident of Lovelock, passed away at Pershing General Hospital, on Dec. 24, 2011. She was born Feb. 4, 1923, in Independence, Calif., to Isaac and Cecelia Williams. She was married to Wilbert D. Snodgrass on Sept. 17, 1942. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert on May 6, 2006. She is survived by two sons, Gary (Myrtle) Snodgrass of Taylorsville, Calif., and Loyde (Chris) of Lovelock, 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
A rosary will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011, at Lovelock Funeral Home Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church with burial to follow at Lone Mountain Cemetery.
