An unattended, runaway car caused no damage but made for a few hectic minutes last week. The vehicle was parked at the fuel pumps at the Shell gas station on Winnemucca Boulevard Sept. 19, when, according to witnesses, it rolled across the street. It ended up at the C & M Auto Clinic. An employee said it did not hit the building. The owner of the vehicle tried to stop it but it rolled across Winnemucca Boulevard. Luckily, there was no traffic at the time.
