One might think that bullying just happens to our kids, but that is not the case. It is a real problem, not only for our children, but for adults as well. I believe that some bullies are created in the home; they are not taught love, compassion or understanding. These incompatible bullies did not meet their match at a young age so they tend to harass their wives, children, parents and community.
There are wonderful people in prisons that were provoked to the point of no return because of a bully. Worse yet, there are people, kids and adults alike, that take their own lives, or the lives of someone else, because of a bully. It is sad enough to see children being bullied and no one for them to turn to, but for the same to happen to a grown adult - when will it all stop?
Come to a community that is the worst of the worst and watch and learn how professional bullies use their traits to impede a whole community of seniors. These bullies attend town board meetings to stir up anger in attempt to turn neighbor against neighbor, friend against friend. They threaten town board members and their families to the point of resignation. They degrade people attending the meetings. They race up and down the roads in no regards for anyone but themselves.
These bullies go to great lengths to intimidate church members and demote business owners, all in the name of greed and dictatorship. They take precious saved tax dollars to pave their own privately used roads, and could care less about the main entrances into the community. These bullies come to a small, peaceful community, that hasn't any need for dominance, and want to push people around, tell them what to do, when to do and how to do it.
These incompetent bullies think it gives them power to be in control, but it only shows how diminutive they truly are. I believe these bullies strive to be a king or a god and don't even know how to go about doing so. If one does not perceive the amount of respect that is needed to treat others with dignity, how can he be shown that sameness?
