Browns Bar M moves to front in pool league standings

Browns Bar M moved to the lead in the in the Winnemucca Pool League standings, with a 13-4 win over Hole in the Wall in week 23 action. Browns Bar M is 18-5 and has earned 24 out of a possible 391 points.

Sand Dune Diggers (16-6) dropped to second place, after suffering a 10-7 loss to The Outcasts and has 242 out of 374 points. Due the league having a bye week, San Dune Diggers still has one more week of play than does Browns Bar M.

The Outcasts (20-2) are third and has 237 points out of 374.

Rack Pack (14-9) is fourth with 232 points, while Club 40 (15-7) is fifth with 228 points and Sand Dune Lizards (15-7) are sixth with 207 points.

8 Balls Ninjaz (13-10) are seventh with 199 points, followed by B.C. Buddies (9-13) in eight with 177 points and Breakers (6-16) and Outlaws (6-16) are ninth and 10th.

Hole in the Wall, Players 2 and Winginit round out the standings.

In other week 23 action, B.C Buddies beat Winginit 14-3, 8 Balls Ninjaz defeated Rack Pack 10-7. Players 2 knocked off Breakers 10-7 and Club 40 beat Outlaws 15-2.

Bill Septer leads the individual standings with a 9.38 average and 64 wins. Eric Weeks (9.31) is second with 66 wins and Wayne Elder (9.25) is third with three wins. Ted Garcia (8.89) is fourth with 61 wins and Bruce Brisco (8.84) is fifth with 67 wins.

Septer leads the Top Gun Standings, while Weeks is second and Garcia third. Brisco and Brad McCrea (8.83) are fourth and fifth, respectively. To be eligible for the Top Gun Standings, a player must have played at least 61 games.
