WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt County Board of Equalization will meet on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. in the courthouse meeting room.
The meeting begins with the call to order and public comments. That will be followed by discussion and possible action on the review of regulations/guidelines (if required).
Also scheduled is discussion and possible action on roll change requests resulting in a decrease in value. These include RCR-D No. HCB 2012-01 (Merritt, Richard P & Clariza M/APN 06-041-09), RCR-D No. HCB 2012-02 (Miller, Terry & Boni Family Trust/APN 10-481-25) and RCR-D No. HCB 2012-03 (Cardenas, Angel/APN 16-341-48).
That will be followed by discussion and possible action on roll change requests resulting in an increase in value. These include RCR No. HCB 2012-01 (Newmont USA Ltd).
Also scheduled is discussion and possible action regarding clerical and/or mathematical errors.
There are several items scheduled under hearings, discussion and possible action on Petitions for Review of Assessed Valuation. They include Case No. HCB 2012-01 (Barron, Jason P. & Wendy Lee/APN 16-421-22), Case No. HCB 2012-02 (Cameron, Mark/APN 16-443-02), Case No. HCB 2012-03 (Johnson, Arthur - Trust/APN 10-542-01), Case No. HCB 2012-04 (CRPC Ltd/Cashman/Wedco Inc/APN 15-253-04; resolved) and Case No. HCB 2012-05 (Lesperance Community Trust/APN 04-401-50).
Also scheduled is discussion and possible action on the additional filing of appeals, discussion and possible action on the need for additional meetings/hearings and public comments.
