ELKO - The Bureau of Land Management), Elko District Office, is extending the public review period for the revised environmental assessment for the management and mitigation of drought impacted rangelands until March 3.
The revised EA, available online at www.blm.gov/rv5c, includes vegetation and water "triggers" that will help facilitate management in areas where drought and grazing is negatively impacting rangelands.
