Samantha Raye Clark
David Clark and Jennifer Milligan of Winnemucca are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Samantha Raye, born Dec. 11, 2010, at 1:24 a.m., at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 19 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Phillip Milligan and Mary Vieira, both of Winnemucca. Paternal grandparents are Della Baker of Reno, and Dean Clark of Silver Springs.
