Beatrice Luella Schade

Beatrice Luella Schade, 89, of Winnemucca, Nev., was born to Viola and Francis Bryant on Sept. 12, 1924, in Seattle, Wash.

She left us peacefully to be with our Father in Heaven on Monday, June 16, 2014.

Bea is survived by the love of her life; husband Henry Schade, 93, children; Cristy Schade, Jan Schade, John Schade, Chali Middleton, Anthony Schade, and Elaine King. Their son Ralph Schade passed May 29, 2012.

The family is also blessed with 19 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Married in Venice, Calif., in 1943, Hank and Bea then moved to Fernley, Nev. in 1947 where they raised their children on an alfalfa ranch. In 1977 they moved to their current home in the rural area near Denio, Nev.

There the family transformed five acres of desert into a beautiful oasis with many trees and landscaped gardens. Bea will be remembered for her understanding heart, guiding words, and for being a ray of hope to those around her.

Although gone, she will never be far from us. Her memory and values will live through all those who knew and loved her. There will be no memorial per Bea and Hank's wishes.[[In-content Ad]]
