Battle Mountain seniors Sammantha Cory and Mason Burkart were crowned the 2012 homecoming queen and king, respectively, at halftime of the Longhorns' varsity football game with West Wendover on Friday. Other queen candidates included Abbie Mikelson, Kimberly Abrajan, Daisy Hernandez and Angelica Cardenas.
