BATTLE MOUNTAIN - An Austin man was arrested May 16 for assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly brandishing a firearm and pointing it at another patron of the Golden Club in Austin.
Kevin Franklin Russo was arrested at around 9:30 p.m.
He had his first appearance by video in the Austin Justice Court the morning of May 21. He was released on his own recognizance with special conditions and as of May 21, no future court date had been set. No official charges had been filed by May 21.
