After 10 witnesses provided testimony in his preliminary hearing, all charges against Timothy John Lamkey, 25, were discharged on Friday in Union Township Justice Court. Justice of the Peace Letty Norcutt ruled there was insufficient evidence to bind the charges over to district court.
Lamkey was arrested on Oct. 6 in connection with an armed robbery of a cellular store, and was charged with robbery with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Lamkey's co-defendants Justin Robert Fox, 33, and Nathaniel Belingheri, 27, waived their rights to preliminary hearings and their cases were sent to district court. Belingheri is set for arraignment on Nov. 17 at 1:30 p.m. No court dates have been set for Fox.[[In-content Ad]]
