Alfonso Villalobos passed away at home April 16, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. Alfonso was born March 30, 1946, to Jose and Victoria Villalobos in Tepatitlan, Mexico. Alfonso has 5 brothers and 8 sisters. He married his wife Teresa and they moved their family to the United States to make a better life for themselves. Here in Orovada, Alfonso and his children own and operate Villalobos Farms. Alfonso has 9 children, Art Villalobos, Rudy Villalobos, Robert Villalobos, Efrain Villalobos, Elvia Smith, Teresa Politte, Alfonso Villalobos Jr, Patty Smith, and Layton Villalobos. He has 3 son in-laws and 4 daughter in-laws. And 22 grandchildren.
Alfonso loved working on the farm with his family, gardening, fishing, going on picnics, and having the family over for barbeques. He loved the outdoors and John Deere Tractors. Alfonso was a hard-working family man who will be missed by all the people in his life. Alfonso was a member of St Paul's Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his father and mother Jose and Victoria Villalobos. Brothers Juan and Trino Villalobos. Alfosnso's Rosary will be held at 7 p.m., Friday April 20, at St Paul's Catholic Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday April 21, at St Paul's Catholic Church
