The meeting begins with the call to order, public commentary and medical staff and hospital department reports. That will be followed by the possible approval of the March 27 meeting minutes, medical staff appointments/reappointments and the presentation, review and possible approval of warrants.
Agenda items include an award to the AED response team from Diamond Plastics for saving a life, the purchase of a radiology ultrasound equipment machine for the Radiology Department and the purchase of two chemistry analyzers for the laboratory administrator.
Other items include an employment agreement for Shouping Li, M.D. and independent contractor agreements for physician and support services at the Walk-In Clinic and chief medical officer services.
Also scheduled is an agreement between Kurt Kracaw, M.D. and the hospital district to assume custody of health care records pursuant to NRS Chapter 629, along with a purchase proposal for medical office supplies and used medical equipment of Kracaw's medical office.
That will be followed by an update on physician recruitment, trustee comments and staff reports and public commentary.
