Mayor Di An Putnam and the city council presented water department employee Ken Howard with a 15-year service award at Tuesday's city council meeting. Putnam said, "We really appreciate what you have done and your contributions to the city of Winnemucca." Howard is currently the city's only D-3 Certified Water Operator.
