April 19

In the case of Lloyd Eugene Byrns, charged with Domestic Battery. DDA Steve Girardot motioned this case be dismissed due to unsuccessfully being able to contact the victim. Without objection from defense, the case has been dismissed. Bond exonerated.


April 20

In the case of David Joseph Hawkins, charged with; Count 1- Breach of Peace – Amended 4/3/2023, Count 2 – Resisting a Public Officer. Defendant entered guilty plea to amended charges. The court canvassed his plea and accepted the same and ruled as follows: Count 1 – fined $640, Count 2 - $640, totaling $1,280, $150 converted to jail time and given credit for time served. The remaining $1,130 is suspended for a period of 1 year on the condition of no new like violations. Ms. McQuillan also verbally withdrew the jury demand previously filed. Bond exonerated.


In the case of Christopher Keough, charged with; Count 1 – Speeding, Count 2 – Open Container. Pursuant to negation in the associated case, the parties requested this matter be dismissed, the court accepted.


In the case of Devin Tinken, charged with Drugs not to be introduced into interstate commerce- Amended 4/20/2023. An amended criminal complaint was filed prior to court which was acknowledged by all parties. The defendant entered a guilty plea to the amended charges. The court canvassed his plea and accepted the same. A joint recommendation for sentencing was presented to the court which was accepted and ordered as follows: 6 months jail with 3 months suspended on the condition of no new like violations. Defendant has served a total of 30 days and was given credit for time served, leaving 60 days remaining. June 19, 2023 will be the last day of his sentence.


In the case of Devin Tinken, charged with Petit Larceny. The defendant previously entered a guilty plea, the court canvassed his plea and accepted the same and ruled as follows: Fined $1,140 to be paid in monthly payments beginning August 1, 2023. Restitution in the amount of $190.19 is to be paid by August 1, 2023 and defendant is hereby trespassed from Wal-Mart.


In the case of Devin Tinken, charged with Theft Under $250. The defendant previously entered a guilty plea, the court canvassed his plea and accepted the same and ruled as follows: Fined $1,140 to be paid in monthly payments beginning August 1, 2023. Restitution was not ordered but defendant is hereby trespassed from CB Browns.


April 21

In the case of Gary Dean Wangen Jr., charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bench Trial held. State was represented by DDA Steve Girardot. The state called 5 witnesses, defense called no witnesses. The state had 17 exhibits marked, none were admitted. It appearing to the court by the evidence and testimony presented that the defendant, Gary Dean Wangen Jr. is guilt of possession of paraphernalia. The court ruled as follows: Fine of $740 and fines converted to 5 days jail time and credit for time served.


April 25

In the case of Susan May Ridens, charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Motion to dismiss reason to wit: There is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Per Chief DDA Michael Macdonald. Order signed by Judge dismissing case without prejudice.

April 20

Kristi Loewe, 46, was arrested for Fugitive from justice in another state. No Bail.


April 24

Cody Hume, 28, was arrested for; 1-Burglary of motor vehicle, 2-Destroy or injure real or personal property, 3-Violation of probation. No Bail.


Peter Jeffery Perides, 29, was arrested for 1-Domestic Battery, 2-Destruction of property. Bail $4,140.


April 25

Codie Joann Van Someren, 19, was arrested for Failure to appear after admission to bail or release without bail for a felony crime. No Bail.

April 21

Ime Godinez, age 28, was arrested for Domestic Battery, 1st offense. Bail $3,000.


Mariela Cabada, age 31, was arrested for Domestic Battery, 1st offense – Simple. Bail $3,000.
