In the case of Lorna Louse Elms, charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance. Pursuant to negotiation, DDA Shane Bell made motion to dismiss the case. Court accepted the motion without objection.

In the case of Jessica Renee Hudgins, charged with 1: Operating a motor vehicle while DL is cancelled, suspended, or revoked, 2: Open container of alcoholic beverage, 3: Failure to drive on right side of highway. DDA Steve Girardot made motion to dismiss case and court accepted the motion.



April 4

Salvador Marlon Quinn Falcon, charged with kill or possess certain animals without valid tag. Pursuant to negotiation, complaint was amended in court and acknowledged by all parties. Defendant entered guilty plea to amended charges. Court Canvassed his plea and accepted and ruled as follows: Fines and fees totaling $240 to be paid immediately following court.

In the case of Salvador Marlon Quinn Falcon, charged with possession of wildlife without attached wildlife tag. Case has been dismissed.

In the case of Raynor Ellis, charged with obstructing a public officer.

Defendant entered a no contest plea which the court canvassed and accepted the same and rules as follows: Fined $1,140, $150 converted to jail time and given credit for time served, $490 suspended for a period of one year on the condition of no new like violations. The remaining $500 is to be paid in monthly payments of $50 beginning June 1, 2023.

In the case of Holly Jill Olsen, charged with petit larceny. Defendant has been helping a disabled friend making community service unsuccessful. With verification from friend, DA requested court to count this as community service, court accepted.

In the case of Walter Frederick Buschman, charged with 1: Dog at large, 2: License required 1st offense, 3: Permit dog to chase/worry/injure or kill an animal. Defendant entered guilty plea. After hearing from all parties and viewing evidence, court ruled as follows: Fines and fees in the amount of $475, restitution in the amount of $1,278.39 has been ordered and the defendant agreed to pay all restitution, fines, and fees in full immediately following court.
