The Regional Planning Commission will hold its Regular Meeting Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting can be accessed by teleconference conference access only. The instructions for these access points and the complete agenda can be found at the Humboldt County website, www.hcnv.us.
Opportunities for public comment will be offered at the beginning and end of the meeting. Items for information or discussion and possible action include:
• Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Jonathan Ferrucci representing Enegix Mining Group, LLP to allow a gold ore processing facility on property zoned M-1. Subject property is located at 1 Potato Place; assessor’s parcel #’s 10-0355-13, 14 and 15.
• An Ordinance adding new Chapter 17.81 allowing a Conditional Use Permit for Interbasin and/or Out-of-County Water Transfers to the Humboldt County Code Title 17 Zoning, to set permitting requirements for water transfer projects to include an application process, requirements and fees, and other matters property related matters.
