Hot meals are served weekdays at The Pleasant Center, 1480 Lay St., Winnemucca at a suggested contribution of $3 for those 60 and older; and $6 for those under 60 years. The Pleasant Center also features weekday games, crafts, shopping trips and other activities for seniors.

Humboldt Volunteer Hospice
Hospice brings options to situations that might otherwise seem hopeless. Sharing, caring and loss of spouse bereavement group. Services are not only for terminally ill but for the chronically ill and debilitating illness as well. No referral is required as all services are free.

Veterans Van / Disabled American Veterans
This service will coordinate transportation for veterans to medical appointments to the VA Hospital only in Reno.
